Super happy to say i’ve just ordered a new laptop!
Not a decision I took lightly – my old one still works and in my family we like to maintain things as long as possible. Unfortunately however the performance is just too slow for the tasks I’m throwing at it which are primarily music production orientated. Even super stable Cakewalk is suffering from audio drop outs because the hard disk performance just can’t keep up.
Therefore i’m viewing this as a productivity investment primarily 🙂
