Successes:

  1. Played lots of Just Cause 3 which involved lots of therapeutic destruction of a virtual environment!
  2. Walked approximately 22000 steps which was in excess of my target goal.
  3. Had a lovely Wetherspoons tea with some of my dearest friends.
  4. Three hour conversations about life and the universe with my dearest Holly – it felt amazing to talk about some of the issues i’d been through and to realise that we share such a similar mind set on so many issues – she truly is my soulmate. ❤

Challenges:

  1. Having a heart attack due to the boiler breaking at 4:30 on Saturday morning – the pump jammed and made the system sound like it was going to explode!
